Senior Founding Pastors
Pastors Ron and Terry Humphrey have been in ministry for over forty years. He currently is serving as the New Boston Mayor and Senior Pastor. Ron and Terry were planted by COTR Texarkana in 2012. They are members in good standing of the Church on the Rock Network of ministers since 2016 and members of Federation of Ministers and Churches International, FMCI. NCL is locally governed and autonomous.
Brandon & Tera Barrett
Associate Pastors
Pastors Brandon and Tera have been members of NCL since 2013. Brandon has served as a deacon and then elder from 2013-2018. Brandon was ordained in 2018 as the Associate Pastor of NCL. They love people and want to challenge them to grow in the promises and truths of God.
Cody & Bekah Mayo

Hospitality and Administration
Pastor Cody and Bekah have been members of NCL since 2013. They served faithfully as deacons from 2016-2020. Cody has served as the worship pastor since 2020. Bekah has served in hospitality and administration since 2020.
Tye and Hillary Crabbe

Our youth pastors are passionate about leading students closer to Jesus. Their goal is to help the next generation grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and live with purpose.
Hillary also serves as the NCL bookkeeper.
Heather Meister
Kids Ministry Director
Heather is dedicated to seeing the next generation grow in the Lord. She is committed to creating a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
