Pastors Brandon and Tera have been part of the NCL family since 2013. Brandon began serving as a deacon and later as an elder before being ordained as Associate Pastor in 2018.
Together, Brandon and Tera have a heart for people and a passion to see lives transformed through Jesus. They desire to help others grow in their faith, discover God's purpose for their lives, and walk confidently in His promises and truth.

Ron & Terry Humphrey
Founding Pastors
Pastors Ron and Terry Humphrey have faithfully served in ministry for more than 40 years. In 2012, they planted New Covenant Life Church with the support of Church on the Rock Texarkana and have continued to invest their lives in serving the church and the New Boston community. Pastor Ron also serves as the New Boston Mayor. Together, Ron and Terry have built a legacy of faith, leadership, and a love for people.
Cody & Bekah Mayo
Worship Pastor and
Hospitality Administrator
Pastor Cody and Bekah have been members of NCL since 2013. They served faithfully as deacons from 2016-2020. Cody has served as the worship pastor since 2020. Bekah has served in hospitality and administration since 2020.
Tye and Hillary Crabbe
Youth Pastors
Our youth pastors are passionate about leading students closer to Jesus. Their goal is to help the next generation grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and live with purpose.
Hillary also serves as the NCL bookkeeper.
Heather Meister
Kids Ministry Director
Heather is dedicated to seeing the next generation grow in the Lord. She is committed to creating a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
